CE VOC证书模板更新声明

欧盟委员会于2022年9月14日发布了关于欧盟市场上自愿产品证书的通告"Voluntary certification for products subject of EU technical hamonization legislation"，欧盟的公告机构不能在其颁发的自愿性产品证书上使用“CE"标识或符号。

2024年3月6日在中国召开的TIC检测检测认证行业协会工作会议上，国内主要检测及认证公司一致同意在颁发自愿性证书时规范使用“CE"标识，也就是不在自愿性证书上使用CE标识。

近日欧盟委员会再次在官网上特别指出了自愿性证书中不允许带有CE标识。详见欧盟官网链接：https://single-market-economy.ec.europa.eu/sectors/electrical-and-electronic-engineering-industries-eei/radio-equipment-directive-red_en#unregulated-certificates-warning，欧盟官网原文如下：

只有在产品通过检测，并完成适用的欧盟协调立法所规定的合规性评估程序后，才可加贴 CE 标识。自愿性证书上不得加贴 CE 标识，这种行为不符合规定。

安博检测当前签发的CE VOC不带有CE标识，且抬头由“Certificate of Conformity”改为“Verification of Conformity”。这次更新是根据欧盟委员会的通告做出的，由此带来的更新不会影响我们CE VOC的有效性及使用范围。

On 14 September 2022, the European Commission issued a notice titled "Voluntary Certification for Products Subject to EU Technical Harmonization Legislation" concerning voluntary product certificates on the EU market. According to this notice, EU notified bodies are not allowed to use the "CE" mark or symbol on the voluntary product certificates they issue.

At the working meeting of the TIC Testing, Inspection and Certification Industry Association held in China on 6 March 2024, major domestic testing and certification companies unanimously agreed to standardize the use of the "CE" mark when issuing voluntary certificates, which means the "CE" mark shall not be used on voluntary certificates.

Recently, the European Commission once again specifically pointed out on its official website that the "CE" mark is not permitted on voluntary certificates. The CE marking can only be affixed after testing the product and performing the conformity assessment procedure prescribed by the applicable EU harmonisation legislation. It is not acceptable for voluntary certificates to bear a CE marking.

Currently, the CE VOC issued by Anbotek do not bear a CE marking, and the title has been changed from "Certificate of Conformity" to "Verification of Conformity". This update is made in accordance with the notice of the European Commission, and the update will not affect the validity and scope of use of our CE VOC.
